| How to watch incomplete movie that was downloaded using bittorrent |

I always download movies and TV series using bittorrent client. Unfortunately I always face a very annoying problem, that is the movie file is incomplete but there is nobody is seeding the file anymore. Sometimes I even stuck at 99.99%.
Luckily, I found out how to watch the movies even though it is an incomplete bittorrent file. And I will tell you how to do it
This tutorial is for Windows XP and the bittorrent client I am using is BitComet.0.90
First step
First, open your download folder
- If you do not know where is your download folder open your BitComet application.
- Then at the menu click Option followed by Preferences
- Preferences window will be opened
- Click task and your download folder will be shown
- When you open the folder,you can see the incomplete files
Second step
Show the extension for the incomplete file (if the extension is not shown)
- Usually folder is configured to hide extension for known file type
- To show it, look at the download folder menu (actually any folder can be used) click Tools then click Folder Options
- The Folder Options widows will be displayed
- Here just uncheck the Hide extension for known file type checkbox
- Then click OK button
- You will see the extension for the incomplete files is .bc!
Third step
Then just rename the file to a name without the .bc!
- For instance the file name is themovie.avi.bc!, remane it to themovie.avi
- Now you can watch the movie using your movie player
Lastly, just use this method if the file has completed up to 95%. This is because even though you can watch the movie some disruption will occur during the movie play. So more complete the file, less disruption will occur. Also this method only work for movie file such as .avi, .mpeg and .divx.
